I’m Ricardo Sanchez, a senior software engineer based in Seattle, Washington. 

For the past 10+ years, I’ve built and maintained systems for enterprise companies—the kind where downtime isn’t an option and reliability is everything. 

Now I bring that same standard to small and medium businesses who depend on their WordPress and Shopify sites but don’t have a full-time technical team. 

Why I started this: 

I kept seeing the same story: business owners paying agencies thousands for websites, then getting stuck with slow support, confusing invoices, and generic advice. When something broke, they waited days for help—or paid emergency rates for basic fixes. 

I wanted to offer something different: senior-level expertise with direct communication and fast response times. No account managers, no ticket queues. When you email me, I’m the one who responds. 

What I believe: 

• Your website should work for you, not create more work
• Updates should be tested before they touch your live site
• You deserve clear explanations, not technical jargon
• Proactive maintenance costs less than emergency fixes

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and writer who loves long walks with a camera.
